Can I test it before visitors see it?

Can I see where an answer came from?

Answers can link back to the pages used, so your team and visitors can check the supporting information and continue reading.

Does ChattyBox read private or logged-in pages?

No. You choose the public URLs to index — ChattyBox fetches their HTML directly and does not log in, fill in forms, or run page JavaScript. Content behind a login stays out of scope.

Are the answers always correct?

No chatbot should be treated as a source of truth. ChattyBox retrieves passages from your indexed pages to ground answers and links to those sources, but that reduces rather than eliminates unsupported answers. Test questions before you publish, and retest after content changes.
